Terms and conditions
This text is a template. Everything in double curly braces must be replaced, and the whole text must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. The legally binding version is the German one.
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the contract for the “Readiness Check” between {{COMPANY NAME}}, {{ADDRESS}} (“we”) and you as a consumer.
2. What is provided
The Readiness Check is a one-time, individually written analysis of your preparation status for the Kenntnisprüfung or another compensation measure. It comprises a strengths and gaps profile, an assessment of your technical German, a timeline, a four-week starting plan and a recommendation.
3. What is expressly not owed
- no legal service within the meaning of § 2 RDG, in particular no review or assessment of your recognition decision, no drafting of appeals and no representation before authorities
- no assurance that you will pass the Kenntnisprüfung and no assurance of recognition
- no lessons, no course, no ongoing access
- no medical or nursing advice for an individual patient case
4. Conclusion of contract and price
The contract is concluded once payment via Stripe has completed successfully. The price is €49 including any applicable VAT. There are no follow-up costs and no subscription.
5. Your cooperation
The analysis is based solely on the details you provide in the questionnaire. Without a fully completed questionnaire we cannot deliver. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries.
6. Delivery time
We deliver the analysis by email within 48 hours of receiving your fully completed questionnaire. If we exceed that period we will tell you; at your request we will then refund the price in full.
7. Withdrawal
The withdrawal policy applies. For digital content your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance with your express consent before the withdrawal period ends and you have confirmed your knowledge of that expiry.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body and health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. The analysis is an assessment, not a guarantee of an exam result.
9. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
