Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us — {{COMPANY NAME}}, {{ADDRESS}}, {{CONTACT EMAIL}} — of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email. Sending the notification before the period expires is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction; you will not be charged for this.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract on the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

You give this consent explicitly via a checkbox in the questionnaire. As long as you have not submitted the questionnaire, we have not begun performance — your right of withdrawal is then fully intact.
