What we don’t do
- We do not run aptitude diagnostics and we do not do personnel selection.
- We do not advise on recognition decisions — only authorities and lawyers may do that.

Questions you probably have
Who sees the results?
The nurse first. She receives her full analysis by email. What you see as an employer, she releases explicitly. Without her consent you only learn that the check is complete.
Does the works council have to agree?
That is for your works or staff council to decide, not us. Because the analysis belongs to the nurse and the release is hers, the path is usually shorter than for a performance test. Clarify it in advance anyway.
What does it cost?
A single check costs €49. For several nurses we send you a quote based on volume — within 24 hours.
Which language does it run in?
The nurse answers in German, English or Tagalog. Technical terms stay German because the exam is German. Your overview comes in German.
Do you guarantee our nurses will pass?
No. Nobody can seriously guarantee that. We tell you where they stand and what is missing.
Does this replace a preparation course?
No. The check tells you beforehand who needs which course — and who may need none.
